Job description

We’re looking for a Technical Success Manager who is both tech-savvy and great with customers! In this role, you’ll help new customers get started, ensure they have a smooth experience, and support them in using our product successfully. You’ll also work closely with the sales team to bridge the gap between technical and customer needs.

What You’ll Do
● Main focus: Pre-Sales Support: Help customers set up and test our product during the sales process.

● Potential to add more work and Onboarding & Customer Success: Guide new customers through setup, training, and ongoing support.
● Customer Support: Be the go-to person for technical questions and ensure customers have a great experience.



Job requirements

● Technical Skills:
Experience with network infrastructure and hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.) – Must-have.
Familiarity with Linux.
Experience with cloud technologies (a plus).
● Customer-Facing Experience: Must have experience working directly with customers.
● Great Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
● Fluent English: Strong spoken and written English is a must.
