Position Summary

Our client is seeking a results-oriented SEO & Google Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that increase search visibility, generate qualified leads, and maximize ROI. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable analyzing data and crafting creative strategies to help our clients dominate search rankings and achieve strong ad performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • SEO Strategy & Execution

    • Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization to improve organic rankings.

    • Audit websites for technical SEO issues and provide actionable recommendations.

    • Create and manage link-building campaigns and content strategies that drive sustainable traffic.

  • Google Ads Management

    • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns.

    • Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, Quality Score, ROAS) and adjust bidding, targeting, and creatives for maximum ROI.

    • Prepare regular performance reports and communicate insights to clients and internal teams.

  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to ensure cohesive campaigns and landing pages.

  • Stay current with search algorithm updates, Google Ads features, and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in SEO and Google Ads campaign management.

  • Demonstrated success improving organic search rankings and running profitable PPC campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and SEMrush/Ahrefs or similar.

  • Solid understanding of on-page SEO, link-building strategies, and technical SEO fundamentals (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present data-driven insights clearly.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently with flexible hours.

  • Familiarity with Jewish culture or interest in learning is a plus.
