We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and supporting the sales pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship building.
The ideal candidate is energetic, persuasive, and comfortable communicating with prospects through multiple channels, including phone, email, and LinkedIn. You will work closely with the sales team to connect with decision-makers, understand client needs, and schedule qualified meetings that contribute to overall business growth. This position requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Job requirements
Key Responsibilities
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine business opportunities
Prospect and identify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives or Sales Managers
Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers
Research target accounts, industries, and decision-makers
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and lead status within CRM systems
Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales process
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and pipeline goals
Stay informed on company products, services, and market trends
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or a similar role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Confidence in cold calling and outbound prospecting
Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism under pressure
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Basic understanding of sales processes and pipeline management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B, SaaS, or tech sales environments
Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting platforms
Multilingual communication skills are a plus
