We are looking for a motivated and energetic Appointment Setter to join our growing solar sales team. This is a commission-based opportunity focused on outbound calling to homeowners, generating interest in solar energy solutions, and scheduling qualified appointments for our Solar Consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to homeowners using provided leads and dialing systems

• Introduce and generate interest in residential solar solutions

• Qualify homeowners based on established criteria

• Handle objections professionally and confidently

• Educate prospects on the benefits of going solar

• Schedule qualified appointments for the Solar Sales Team

• Maintain accurate records of calls and appointment outcomes

• Consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting goals

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and writte

• Confident and professional speaking voic

• Previous sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, SDR, or customer-facing experience preferre

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound call

• Strong objection-handling and conversation management skill

• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to scripts and processes quickl

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-drive
