Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for an exceptional PPC manager to turn our clients’ digital advertising campaigns into case-generating machines!
In this remote role, you will be critical in the support, growth and enhancement of client relationships and drive growth. In this remote role, you'll support client marketing portfolios, monitor account performance, and partner with clients and internal teams to optimize strategies. You will report to our VP, Client Strategy.
Core Responsibilities:
Work with our VP of Client Strategy to develop PPC & LSA strategy for our law firm clients. This entails planning and managing campaign performance, account setup, strategy development, management, budget allocation, optimization and audits across major PPC engines, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads & Google Local Services Ads.
Optimize campaigns to meet client objectives, such as daily management of campaign budgets, bid management, negative keywords, website and category exclusions, ad creative, and landing page revisions
Develop tests and experiments to drive increasingly better results
Manage all client recurring client tasks and ad hoc requests using project management software (ClickUp)
Identify new growth opportunities for your respective clients (and recommend and implement the ideas that have the highest probability of success)
Deliver monthly reporting findings, insights and recommendations/next steps to our Client Success Manager (CSM) to present to the client
Demonstrate resourcefulness and the initiative to lead advanced projects
Forecast, plan, and work towards achieving account growth objectives
Proactively keep abreast of industry trends and share knowledge with team
Support sales efforts for all new prospective clients by assisting with PPC account assessments
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
You’ll be graded on these lead and lag key performance indicators (in no particular order):
Lead KPIs:
Burn rate by resource by account: measures actual hours against budgeted hours by resource by account
Project completion rate: measures projects completed within deadline divided by the total projects assigned
Lag KPIs:
Client ROI / results: gauges how well the campaigns or services managed by the PPC manager are performing in terms of delivering results (e.g. leads, cases, etc.)
Client retention rate (churn rate): measures the percentage of clients retained over a specific period of time

Job requirements
Qualifications
Four year bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
5+ years of digital advertising and PPC experience in an agency setting
3+ years of experience working with law firm PPC accounts, specifically law firms in the personal injury, criminal defense and family law (divorce, custody, etc.) is required
Knowledge of the following digital marketing channels and tactics is a plus: SEO, email, social media marketing and CRO
Proven record of success meeting and exceeding revenue and retention targets
Proficient with G Suite and Microsoft Office platforms
Experience with ClickUp, Salesforce, and/or Hubspot is a plus.
