About the Role
Our client is a leading SAAS provider (software as a service) company whose clients are primarily mid level to enterprise clients. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join their team. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients, conducting outreach, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a robust pipeline of leads - specifically in Polish-speaking markets. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on engaging with prospects, building relationships, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Polish-speaking regions. 
- Manage and expand existing client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates. 
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets to expand the client base. 
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals and strategies. 
- Provide regular reports and feedback on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. 
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment with company terms and conditions. 
Job requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment. 
- Fluency in both Polish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to drive business success. 
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads and sales performance. 
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
