Job Summary:

As our Paid Social & Paid Search Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our clients' PPC campaigns. You'll act as the lead for PPC and Paid Social clients, setting strategies, executing campaigns, and maintaining clear communication channels with clients. Additionally, you'll be responsible for assigning work to other team members based on client needs, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. Effective team management will be a key aspect of your role, including delegation, workload prioritisation, and motivation to ensure optimal performance.

Day-to-day, you'll strategize and execute PPC and Paid Social campaigns (including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads), analyse data, and manage client relationships.


Reporting to our Paid Lead, you'll also work closely with other members of the Search and Social team and collaborate cross-functionally with other departments such as Organic Social, SEO and Content.

Job requirements

Core Responsibilities:

  • Act as lead for PPC and Paid Social clients - setting the strategy, executing campaigns and communicating with clients

  • Drive innovation across our PPC and Paid Social offering, refining our Brainy methodology and staying up to date with the latest industry trends and standards

  • Assign work to other team members based on client needs and ensure this work is delivered on time

  • Team management including effective delegation; prioritising workloads, training and motivating others to be at their best.

  • Build long term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to grow accounts and expand campaigns


Skills Requirements:

  • 3+ years of PPC and Paid Social experience (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads)

  • Extensive experience in working directly with clients and senior stakeholders

  • A strong understanding of all aspects of PPC and Paid Social including account set-up, management and reporting

  • Expert understanding of Google Analytics

  • Advanced project management and organisational skills. Proficiency in Asana is helpful

  • Futurist mentality matched by an energetic can-do attitude

  • Comfortable working independently and managing a portfolio of clients

  • Native level written and spoken English, exceptional spelling and grammar

  • Charismatic, approachable and warm manner - great with clients and colleagues!

  • Candidates with knowledge of SEO will be especially interesting
