Our client is a high-growth Managed Services Provider (MSP) serving 450+ clients

across the U.S. Including fast-growing companies, engineering firms, and enterprise

organizations. Our client delivers secure, efficient, and scalable IT solutions with white-glove

service, a <10-minute response time, and a 99 NPS score.

They are expanding their sales team and are looking for driven, experienced professionals ready to

accelerate their earning potential while helping businesses modernize and secure their IT

environments.

Position Summary

Our Client is hiring an IT Account Executive to own and grow a defined territory. This is a hunter

role focused on acquiring new customers. You’ll be selling managed IT services, cloud

solutions, and cybersecurity to businesses with 10–250 employees.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Drive net-new sales by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new MRR contracts

• Own a full sales cycle — from discovery to signed agreement

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities using personal and company-

sourced leads

• Achieve a minimum of $7,500 in net new MRR per quarter from new logo clients

• Deliver clear, compelling proposals and presentations to executives and decision-

makers

• Collaborate with internal VP of IT and IT service teams to ensure smooth onboarding

• Track all activity and performance in Compass Sherpa CRM Required

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing $7,500+ in net new MRR per quarter from net new clients

or consistently generating $2,500+ in new MRR per month (approximately one new

customer of 20 users per month).

• 5+ years of experience in B2B IT sales (MSP), selling MRR.

• Works on metrics and measuring activities in outbound prospecting and cold outreach,

meetings, etc.

• Demonstrated success in working on CRM

• Ability to communicate IT value clearly to non-technical decision-makers

• Self-motivated, metrics-driven, and hungry to win
