About the Role

Our client is a leading SAAS provider (software as a service) company whose clients are primarily mid level to enterprise clients. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join their team. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients, conducting outreach, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a robust pipeline of leads - specifically in French-speaking markets. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on engaging with prospects, building relationships, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the French-speaking regions.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals and strategies.

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • Fluency in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to drive business success.

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads and sales performance.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
