About the Role:

We are seeking a Financial Manager to oversee our finance department. This role involves strategic planning, financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. As a remote team member, you will lead financial operations while working closely with senior management to support business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to align with business goals.

• Manage financial reporting, audits, and compliance.

• Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts.

• Conduct financial analysis to identify growth opportunities.

• Oversee cash flow management and financial risk assessments.

• Collaborate with senior management on financial decision-making.

• Supervise and mentor the finance team.

• Ensure timely filing of tax returns and other regulatory requirements.

• Prepare financial reports for stakeholders and investors.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• Professional accounting qualification (CA(SA), ACCA, or similar).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial planning, and risk management.

• Proficiency in financial software and accounting systems.

• Leadership and team management experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and remotely.

• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
