The collections are stocked in renowned retailers across the UK as well as independent boutiques and speciality brand online retailers.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Amazon Executive to support the execution and optimisation of our Amazon operations. This role will work cross-functionally with design, sales operations, and content teams to manage new product launches, update brand content, handle monthly reporting, and assist with operational queries. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, with strong communication skills and a working knowledge of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

New Line Forms

  • Collate and prepare all required content for new product listings, including product images, infographics, A+ content, videos, and keyword sets.

  • Conduct keyword research using Helium10 and Amazon tools.

  • Complete and submit new line forms for all new products.

  • Upload images, videos, and A+ content to listings.

Brand Store Updates

  • Collaborate with the Graphic Design team to implement updates and refresh brand stores.

  • Review artwork and provide clear, actionable feedback.

  • Upload new brand store assets to maintain consistent and engaging brand presentation.

Invoice Management

  • Maintain the Amazon Debit Note Summary Sheet by uploading monthly invoices.

  • Ensure accurate and timely invoice handling with minimal discrepancies.

Chargebacks & Shortages

  • Investigate chargebacks and shortages by liaising with the team to gather necessary PO and delivery data.

  • Review and resolve claims in line with Amazon processes and internal documentation.

Team Support

  • Act as a point of contact for Amazon-related operational queries.

  • Provide support to the SOP team to ensure smooth resolution of issues related to Amazon POs, deliveries, and platform requirements.

Job requirements

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central platforms.

  • Familiarity with Helium10 or similar keyword research tools.

  • Strong organisational and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Comfortable handling data, forms, and working to deadlines.

  • Understanding of digital asset types (images, A+ content, videos) and their impact on eCommerce performance.

Desirable:

  • Prior experience working with graphic designers and/or managing brand stores.

  • Background in beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods sectors.

  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
