Job Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager with a strong understanding of paid search, paid social, SEO, and multichannel strategies. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, deeply understanding their business goals and challenges, and translating these needs into actionable strategies for the technical team.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on managing client relationships, setting high-level strategies, and collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional results. While healthcare marketing experience is a bonus, we’re looking for someone who can apply their expertise across various sectors.
Core Responsibilities:
Act as the lead point of contact for client accounts, building strong relationships and fostering trust.
Understand clients’ business goals, challenges, and industries to provide tailored, high-level strategic guidance.
Set top-level strategies across paid search, paid social, SEO, and other channels, ensuring alignment with client objectives. You won’t need to implement campaigns directly but will need to know enough about each channel to tie things together.
Collaborate with technical teams to execute campaigns and ensure performance meets or exceeds client expectations.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and standards to drive innovation in client strategies.
Work closely with other departments, such as Organic Social, SEO, and Content, to develop integrated, multichannel strategies.
Delegate tasks effectively to team members, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
Assist with new business development, including pitching, proposal creation, and strategy presentations.
Job requirements
Skills and Experience:
5+ years of experience in multichannel marketing, with expertise in paid search, paid social, and SEO.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.
Good understanding of PPC, Paid Social and Organic.
Familiarity with SEO principles and how they integrate with paid strategies.
Experience managing internal teams and freelancers, with strong delegation and project management skills.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Healthcare marketing experience is a bonus but not essential.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Experience with tools such as Hubstaff or other project management platforms is a plus.
